Food Safety Magazine asked food processors around the world about their top priorities for this year. Many of those who responded mentioned initiatives related to microbiology, environmental monitoring, and pathogen control. Regulatory compliance was also frequently cited as a major concern. Employee training and education continues to be a high priority for many firms.
